MISSION STATEMENT

At CMO Network, we focus not on prisoner reentry, but on reintegration; that is, reintegration with family, the workforce, and the community. We help our participants overcome the many barriers in the road and achieve success by teaching them how to obtain employment, become financially stable, protect themselves legally, and to avoid the thinking and behavior that got them into trouble in the first place.

WHAT IS CMO NETWORK?

Damon Moore and a group of men serving time in a New York State prison founded "Community Minded Organization" or "CMO," which brings together incarcerated men and women, their families, and their communities. Using an integrated approach, CMO Network helps formerly incarcerated individuals to become valuable resources in their communities. The CMO Network team addresses the many challenges that often accompany a criminal conviction.
